Our consultation typically takes 1-2 hours, where we will meet on site to assess your requirements and to formulate the foundation for your design project.

Items that will be covered during your consultation:

• Review of existing site conditions with existing floor plans if available

• Establish parameters such as budget, timeline, etc. 

• Establish your expectation and ideas for your space

• Discuss initial suggestions for design direction 

Once initial consultation is complete, a follow-up meeting will be scheduled to detail your specific project package. As each project is unique, a project scope of work will be determined based on the parameters (budget, timeline, etc.) discussed during the consultation. Our services are billed at an hourly rate or as a customized fixed-fee package depending on the scope of services required and an in-depth assessment of project expectations.
